Prezen App (by Meriç YILMAZ) ("We") places the highest priority on your privacy when using the Prezen application. This policy transparently explains how your data is processed while using our application.
Prezen uses on-device artificial intelligence models to perform basic speech analysis and fluency measurements. Your audio recordings are not stored or saved on external servers and are not shared with third parties. However, for the purpose of semantic analysis of speech, interview coaching evaluations, and generation of AI feedback, transcribed speech text is processed anonymously and temporarily through secure APIs (Azure Functions and Google Gemini API).
Our application does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as first name, last name, email address, or phone number. Anonymous device ID and transaction data may be processed through secure third-party infrastructures (RevenueCat and Google Play Billing) for managing in-app subscriptions, device-based entitlements, and performance tracking.
To perform the core functionality of the application, you must grant access permission to your device's microphone. The microphone permission is used solely for recording your practice sessions and converting them to text locally.
